Hi,
Surely this is a serious matter for a 36-year-old female who is otherwise very active.
There has to be reason.
Hence would advise you the following:
Consult your regular Physician for proper detailed history, clinical evaluation and examination.
Relevant investigations as follows and as per the clinical findings:
Tests of blood: CBC, iron, for
diabetes, proteins,
liver,
kidney and
thyroid functions.
X-ray of chest
Ultrasonography and other investigations.
All these will lead to a probable diagnosis so that appropriate management can be done.
Till then take oral Iron, multivitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Healthy diet.
Bit of exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
