What Causes Frequent Feeling Of Warmth Under Right Foot?

I have a strange feeling of warm sensation under my right foot.........i am 29 yrs Female, not over weight, no Hypertension, diabeties no other problems. It is painless and occures from last 2 weeks.......no swelling no other problems. The warmth stays for 2-5 sec and goes off. It occurs more than 10 times a day and also at night also when i am standing, sitting or lying down. I tried to read online but found more questions than answers. Hope u can help me
