What Causes Frequent Headache And Nasal Congestion?

hi i am 32 years old. i have frequent headache and nasal block. if i don't take medicine the head ache continues doesn't matter how many days. i have this problem from my college days. i suspect may be this is sinus problem. is there any other way to escape from the pain other than taking pain killers continuously

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query Nasal congestion and headache seems to be due to Sinusitis and in order to get relieved of the headache you need to get treated for the cause of sinus infection and once the sinus infection is resolved the headache will also improve..

You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you an MRI scan of the sinuses to rule out for infections and polyp formations..

If there is infection it can be treated will antibiotics, steam inhalations and nasal irrigations..
In case of polyps surgical removal can b done for permanent cure..
