Hello,

The possibility of viral infection is more likely. So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Take paracetamol tablet twice daily. If not improving after 1-2 days then get done CBC (complete blood count).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
