What Causes Frequent Headaches And Heaviness In Head?

I am 26 year old. I have a history of headaches and related problems. I had earlier got some diagnosis done but doctors told all is ok but could be symptoms of migraine. But frequent headaches with heaviness in head ,irritation to loud sounds , bright light and burning sensation in eyes persists. Kindly advice if this could be a serious problem. Rakesh kumar India

Hello,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having

I think that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of headache which occurs due to a trigger factor. Trigger factors can be something like Loud Sounds and Sunlight. It will help if you identify the trigger factor and then avoid them to prevent diseases.

Here are also a few things that can help you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.

Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further.
