What Causes Frequent Headaches And Tremors In The Fingers?

I am a 47 year old female, having frequent headaches (wake up with them in the morning a lot), my fingers (mostly index) shake and my balance is off. I take Prozac (80mg) and Wellbutrin (300 mg) - I have been taking both of these medications consistently (in the morning) for six months.
