What Causes Frequent Laryngitis's And What Is The Remedy?

I have had laryngititis twice in a space of about about 3 and a half weeks, it has just started developing again and leaves me almost conpletely voiceless. What could be causing it? And what can I do I fo to prevent it when I feel it coming on such as yesterday when my throat first started to hurt? YYYY@YYYY

Mostly these are viral infections. Try with warm salt water gargling and steam inhalation. Also build your immunity by consuming good nutritious food.
