What Causes Frequent Lethargy With Spells Of Dizziness?

I have recently experienced frequent spells of dizziness. It does not last long, and may be better descibed as a jolt. I first noticed 5 days ago, and they are becoming more frequent. I am also feeling extremely lethargic. I am 32 years old, 5 ft 6in., 150 lbs.
