What Causes Frequent Loose Stools In An Infant While On Ofloxacin And Metronidazole?

hello doctor my little one is 3 1/2 months old and now passing frequent watering stools following Ofloxacin and metronidazole suspension (as she was passing green stool earlier) given orally twice a day 2.5 ml for 3 days (today is the 3rd day) . she is both breastfed and bottle fed (with nan pro 1) is this normal? Will the watering stool will stop automatically or she need any consultation?

maintain hydration.slowly the stool will be solidify. consult pediatrician regarding her feeding. can stop giving medication. now any medication can be given on advise of doctor. with age she is supposed to be given breast feeding only why substitute have been added. may be they are causing indigestion.
