What Causes Frequent Menses While Using Glucophage And Eltroxin Tablets?

Hi there, I have been taking Glucophage for 18 days as well as Eltroxin for the same amount of time. Last week I started taking Duromine 15mg to lose weight. I menstruated last week already and since yesterday I have started menstruating again. Could any of the medication I am taking be the cause of the menstruation again?
