What Causes Frequent Migraines And Bilateral Eye Jerking?

I have migraines almost daily, from a neck injury and now am having bilateral eye jerking (spasms) often lasting about 5 seconds. I do use the computer and watch tv when I feel well enough. Currently I am getting dry needling to knots in my neck. This seems to help my migraines at times. What do you think could be causing my eyes to do this? Is not nystagmis....
