What Causes Frequent Motion Sickness Like Nausea?

hi my name is jack im 21 153 lb 5,3 i have been getting this nausea kind of like sea sickness or motion sickness, it usually is just that and goes away after a glass of water or resting my eyes, i wear glasses so i take them off and i think thats the problem because it makes me feel better, less dizzy, but i presently got really dizzy everything around me started spinning, and i got worried. do you have any idea what it is , should i visit a doctor?

nausea is not related to eye problem. you can do refraction again and is there is change in power the go for change. get your complete examination. fundus, muscle balancing, IOT, measure ment and if any problem detected should be treated. otherwise symptomatic treatment fo nausea may be taken.
