What Causes Frequent Mouth Ulcers?

mouth ulcers occurs frequently, the colour of sores usually remains white, on recommendations of a doctor I had taken b-complex capsule for 20 days but all in vain, I take very simple non spicy food, please suggest some medicine and what is cause of my mouth ulcers,

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Multivitamin syrup like Vitomin Z twice daily ,
Tab limcee twice daily &
Syrup mucaingel twice daily.
