Hi,
It seems that there might be having sudden rise in your blood pressure giving this problem.
This can happen if you are taking some blood thinner medicine for some other problem.
Go for checking of blood pressure as soon as possible.
If you are on blood thinner medicine, go for blood for ptb (prothrombine time ).
Ok and take care.
