What Causes Frequent Pain In Chest That Radiates To Back?

I am 33 year old female and about two weeks ago I started haveing chest pains. the pain is sort of an achy or preasureing kind of pain in the center of my chest. It would come and go and normally last half an hour to an hour. They have become more frequent as time has passed. The pain gets worse when I bend over, or lift something. Today the pain started about 2pm and has been constant for the past seven hours. It was worse earlier and has eased up some. There has been a few times I felt pain in my back sorta to the left side of my back behind my heart and when it was the worse pain I would feel like i couldn't catch my breath. Still breathing ok just like I was out of breath. how bad is this or is it nothing?

In my opinion you should first undergo ECG and chest x ray. The pain you are describing can be due yo cardiac causes like angina and may be due to pulmonary problems like pleuritic pain. So consult your doctor 1st and get done x ray and ECG.
