What Causes Frequent Painful Boils On Testicles?

Dear Sir I have small Boils on my testicles since last 2 Years (Approx) Some times they are flat little tiny and seems a part of my skin in white color without any pain. However, especially in summer season during hot weather it will cause more pain and they will become larger and painful to the touch because of puss grow I might think this may cause from ingrown hairs.I really need your help, because I can't visit to Doctor as I felt embarrassment or Shy My E-mail id is: YYYY@YYYY

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Multiple Boils with White Heads,after shaving of the Scrotum.This is caused due to the infection of the hair follicles of the scrotum.
With summer,scrotal heat rises so the infection grows in these dormant folliculitis lumps on testicles,which leads to the pus formation.
This is treatable with antibiotics/anti-inflammatory and Surgical drainage in some cases.
So nothing to worry being Cancers.They are just Scrotal Pimples.
