What Causes Frequent Palpitations Of Heart?

Hello, am female 32 years of age and I recently had a miscarriage. But I have been noticing that for some time I have palpitations that cause my heart to race fast and I can feel my heart constrict. Today was really bad I was listening to loud music and out of the blue I felt my heart racing really quick and I had to sit down and drink some water. What could be wrong with me

I really appreciate your concern, such hear beat may not be due to any heart disease but it could be due to stress only still I would advise you to get done the EKG because this is the only test you could do, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
