What Causes Frequent Passing Of Bad Smelling Gas?

Hi, I m a female and for about 6 years now I can t even stand beside my friends for more then 3 minuets, because I get really gassy and my farts smell super bad sometimes like rotting eggs, I try to hold them back but sometimes it s just to much pressure to hold back. This feeling sucks so much, i don t know what to do anymore, i don t even want to go to school or to my classes cuz I can t even socialize without farting. What can help this?

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms could be due to infection and condition can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" Tab twice in day Doxycycline 100 mg" once in day both these medicine should be continue for 5 days hope this information helps.
