What Causes Frequent Periods, Spotting, Clitoris Swelling, Soreness And Itching?

11Months post partum . Have menstrual issues such as lasting 7 days or longer. Having two periods a month. And now it seems if I have sex too close behind my period (like the day after it ends) I end up spotting brown and with what I think are yeast infections. My clitoris gets swollen and the area around us extremely sore and their is itching and burning but its like they're are tiny cuts I can't see bc it kinda stings to the touch. Is this a yeast infection. Or possibly. Irritation from too much sexual activity.
