Hi welcome to HCM.
In case of fluttering sensation and discomfort in the chest,it is always advisable to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo of the heart to rule out any organic heart disease.Keep your blood pressure and blood lipids checked.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Regular brisk walk for 20 min a day will help.In case of persistent symptoms holter 24 hr ecg is needed.Drugs like metoprolol will help to control the palpitations.Restrict the intake of coffee.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you.
