What Causes Frequent Throat Clearing And Excessive Sweating In Sleep?

My name is daava, age 45 male. I had to constant need to clear throat, I have no problem swallowing food but swallowing saliva has some problem. Sweating during sleep, sore throat, recently have light pain in both shoulders. Sometimes burning sensation between chest and throat. Few months back, I consulted a ENT doctor and after examining by endoscope through nose to throat. He could not found and cancer related and he doubt its as because of gas in stomach. I used to smoke previously but I stopped smoking since 4 years ago. I drank beer sometimes. I have a allergy rhinitis since 5years and herpes since 20 plus years. My question is the problem inside my throat is a cancer or gerd (gastritis) or herpes ?
