What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate Despite Suffering From High BP And Depression?

I am a 57 year old male, 5 7 180 lbs. Active and healthy except taking meds for depression, high BP and trouble falling asleep. PSA less that 4. Having issues with frequent need to empty my bladder. I get up once or twice during the night. My stream is very weak and very slow if I sit to use the toilet. Colonoscopy about 5 years ago, good. Sexual orgasm nearly impossible, very frustrating. CT scan of lower abdomen and pelvic area, normal. Ultra-sound of blood flow to testicles normal. Blood white count normal, all blood work normal. BP is high, 160/85. Meds include: Clonazepam, Amitriptylyn, Lisinopril, Cyclobenzaprin, Paroxetine, and Atenolol. Steve. YYYY@YYYY

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, of course this could be kind of depression but of course chances prostrate enlargement need to be ruled out, because in my opinion you symptoms highly related with this, and for this better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care.
