Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
There are many causes of high urinary urge as follow:-

1. Urinary tract infection. Most common cause is Urinary tract infection. Infections can irritate your bladder, causing you to have strong urges to urinate.
Urine examination should be done. Presence of Pus cells, tissue and red blood cell will suggest infection. Taking a sitz bath 2-3 times a day can be helpful. Drinking ample amount of fluid will helps
2.Intake of excessive diuretic like tea, coffee & alcohol can also cause it.
3. Constipation-The rectum is located near the bladder and shares many of the same nerves. Hard, compacted stool in your rectum can causes these nerves to be overactive and increase urinary Urge.
4.Weakning or damage to the supporting pelvic floor muscles, can lead to incontinence.

So you should visit a urologist, If problem persist

Hoping your query is solved.
