What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate?

Hi doctor..I m 26 yr old fellow..I m experiencing frequent urination and with strong urge to urinate I can t resist sometimes..and when sudden feel to urinate one of my testicle elevated but after urinating it comes down..m seriously concerned about it plz tell me what is it.?will b really thankful to you.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Increased frequency of urination can be because of cold environment too. If you have urge to urinate during nights also two or more than twice, then I urge you to look for other symptoms like increased appetite. Family history of diabetes is also a significant point. Urination and movement of your testicles is unrelated and non significant you shouldn't worry about it much.

I would have advised my patient with the symptoms to take a RBS and FBS tests to know the blood sugar levels. If you are not obese, no family history of diabetes, active physical lifestyle, no addictions and no other symptoms then you need not worry at all.
