Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination, culture and sensitivity test and ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder. Then you should take antibiotic treatment according to sensitivity test. Drugs like levofloxacin and norfloxacin are useful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. You should also check your blood sugar level because diabetes is the most common cause or recurrent urinary tract infection. Your gall bladder has no relation with urine infection. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
