What Causes Frequent Urination After A D And C Procedure?

Hello, I just had d&c performed 2 days ago. No pain or bleeding but frequent urination and almost feels like I don t hold the a little bit of urine sometimes. I am 42, otherwise healthy. Can it be temporary side effect or something more serious? Thank you.
