What Causes Frequent Urination After Having Milk?

Hi, I m having a problem with urinating frequently after drinking milk. This does not happen with any other liquid I drink. It s like after I drink it, I have to pee literally every ten minutes for the next few hours. It s extremely annoying, and frustrating. I drink whole milk my whole life and about 9 months ago I switched to raw whole milk. Both have the same effect on me urinating frequently. Why is this happening ?
