What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Dizziness?
I have taken tests that have been negative but have missed two periods, I didn t have any symptoms of pregnancy or period except for being lightheaded, frequent urination, lower back pressure and fatigue. I could possibly be be 10-11 weeks or so me now my bloating is gone, my breast are fine but I am feeling this popping feeling near my pelvic bone but it is not gas. Is this in my head or were the tests wrong?
If the tests were done after this time period then there are likely quite accurate and you are not currently pregnant.
There are other causes of delayed periods such as : (1) thyroid disease (2)emotional conditions or stress (3)high levels of a hormone called prolactin (4)physical illness (5)polycystic ovarian syndrome (6)side effect of medication (7)excess exercise or inadequate diet
Blood tests and imaging would be best to determine if any of these are present.
I hope this helps
