What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Headache And Dizziness?

My 9 year old otherwise healthy daughter was checked for a UTI about a month ago - but her urinalysis showed she did not have one. Now this weekend she again has urinary frequency and urgency (but no burning or pain), as well as headache, dizziness, stomach ache at times, appetite comes and goes (but no nausea), no fever. I m bringing her in to see her doc today , but if this is not a UTI - what else could it be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be asymptomatic bacteriurea or UTI.

for that I would suggest you to do urine culture sensitivity and complete haemogram after consultation.

She may require tab. nitrofurontoin after consultation. keep her hydrated. avoid hot and humid environment. maintain proper hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
