What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Vaginal Spotting?

since last night, I have had to pee every 5 minutes and until this morning but now and then too when I pee just one drop of blood comes out and when I wipe there is bloood not he tissue. I put a panty liner for the day and no blood dropping, so I don t think it s my period. so I m concerned.

Hello, Thanks for writing in HCM.  From the description about your urinary problems with blood, it appears that you have urinary tract infection with kidney stones or Pylonephritis (Infection of kidneys).  You need to get evaluated for this.  Kindly get the following things done: 1. Urine microscopy 2. Urine for culture and sensitivity 3. Ultrasound abdomen of Kidney, Ureter and Bladder region.  You can take help form Urologist with the above test reports for proper evaluation and management.  All the best and Wish you good health.
