Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a physician I would like to suggest that you should visit a MD nephrologist and do urine flow studies and Detrusor muscle strength studies. Due to weakness of this muscle, you will have urgency to pee and would usually can't hold back your urine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
