What Causes Frequent Urination And Bowel Movements, Fatigue, Appetite Loss And Weight Loss?

I.B.S. is close? Wife started with heavy chest congestion around Easter, changed to fatigue after about 6 weeks, now has very little appetite, rapid weight loss, face/neck/shoulders have loose hanging skin, looks 75 instead of 57! Went from 3-4 bowel/urinations a day to 8-10 presently! In good health otherwise? No prescriptions? No high b.p.? Extremely fatigued, no appetite, high rate of bathroom visits? Drinks a lot of water and fluids but very little food. Any suggestions?
