What Causes Frequent Urination And Constant Pain In Lower Abdomen?

hi i have a buring sensattion when i am passing urine and i also have a constant buring pain in my lower part feel urge to squezze out... i feel the lower part is always in buring pain and sometimes when i pass the buring is bad whihc makes my lower back feel numb for few seconds.. i am regular going toilet..

Well come to HCM
Drink more water, if you do not have any fever then this may not be urinary tract infection but could be nonspecific symptoms if this persistence then investigation may required and urine examination is advisable till then I would suggest the following treatment
1) DI sodium hydrogen citrate liquid 20 ml three times in day
