What Causes Frequent Urination And Diarrhea After Intercourse?

I had anal sex with my wife last weekend and two days later developed a dull pulling sensation in the lower left side of my abdomen and had the need to urinate frequently through the night. I now have watery diarrhea too. Have developed a UTI? Thank you

Hello,

Get a complete urine test as it indicates UTI (Urinary tract infection). Take urine sample as midstream and early morning sample. After sampling and lab report, please come back, I will guide you further.
