What Causes Frequent Urination And Excessive Thirst?

hi doc, i was wondering if you could help me identify what is wrong with my body. I usually urinate early in the morning from 4am-7am and I am always thirsty. It would last only an hour or even half an hour before i urinate again. is this normal or not?

Hello. Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic. Your symptoms suggest polydipsia and polyuria. Kindly get your blood sugar levels checked along with hba1c, since these are early symptoms of diabetes. It might be nothing but it is always good to rule out. You can get your urine routine examination done to rule out any urinary infections. Thanks. If any other query do write again.
