What Causes Frequent Urination And Nausea When Suffering From Diabetes?

I woke up during the night sweating and with gastointestinal discomfort it went away during the day today but all day i have had to urinate every hour and am nauseous and have pain in my lower back. i am diabetic already and know the urinating is not from high blood sugar--it is a bit painful when i go too

u may having UTI.
diabetics more prone to get UTI s
consult a urologist and get urine examination ..some times u may experience nausea like git discomforts as referred pain
