What Causes Frequent Urination And Pain In Lower Left Abdomen?

My 17 year old son has painful cramps in his left lower abdomen and back pain that put him on his knee. Frequent urination. This began a week ago. Comes and go a few times. There seem to be no relieve this time around. He has been in pain for hours.

Looks like he is having urinary tract stones.

I would suggest that you get an ultrasound of his abdomen and pelvis to look for them and a urine routine test and show to a surgeon or urologist of further management.
