Hello,

Pain in the ovarian area with frequent micturition is mostly due to urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease.

Get scan abdomen and urine analysis with early morning sample. Use tablet Niftas twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
