What Causes Frequent Urination And Painful Toes In A 9 Year Old?

Hello, my 9 year old son has recently been going once or twice for a pee at night. He also goes for a pee daytime more often than before. Undersides of his toes get very red and painful. His feet sweat a lot and his school shoes get wet inside. I do not know whether the problems are related.

Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic.com.

- this both things could be related, if someone has high uric acid levels than pain in the can occur.
- in my opinion, you should do urine routine microscopy and culture test, KFT, uric acid levels immediately.
- if uric acid levels are high, child should be immediately started on drugs.

I hope this has helped you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
