What Causes Frequent Urination And Pinching Sensation In Penis?

Experiencing a pinching sensation in my penis. I have been urinating more frequently than usually as well. Approximate location is just where the head and shaft meet on the under side. STD free and been monogamous for 3 three years. Been experiencing this for about four days now.
