What Causes Frequent Urination And Urine Retention?

Hello, i was diagnosed with Enterobacter- Klebsiella spp. It was found in semen. Doctor thinks that i have Prostatitis. I did Antibiogram, doctor gave me Levofloksacin and Metronidazol. My symptoms are very frequent urge to urinate and when i finish i have a feeling that my bladder is not empty so i strugle to empty the bladder, i am pushing an pushing and than few more drops come out, few drops of urine drible after urination, mild pain in perineum when sitting, when i touch perineum it is kind of sensitive. My question is : Is it posible that all this symptoms are from having Enterobacter-Klebsiella? If not, what can be the cause? P.S. I did ultrasound, prostate very small, everything ok.
