General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The frequent urination, bladder pain and tingling sensation in the clitoris at the end of urinating may be part of:
- Urinary tract infection with cystitis
- Calculus or gravels in the urinary system as lower ureter, bladder or urethra
- Vaginal infection traveled upwards and causing the culprit symptoms
- Sexually transmitted infections of some sort

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
