Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Urination, Bloating And Fluid Discharge From Vagina?
I am 46 and had a hysterectomy in 2003. A few months ago, while having trouble urinating, I would strain to urinate. Clear water trickled from my vagina. Now I feel the need to urinate constantly, feel very bloated, and almost all fluid I pass comes from my vagina, not my urethra. (I have checked and double checked) I am in pain and can t get in to see my dr. For another month. Any ideas about this?
Hello ma'am I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
Looking at your description it seems to be a treatable condition, you need not to worry much about this
I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them for clinical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver and kidney function test, urine culture and vaginal swab culture or an ultrasound pelvis to establish a diagnosis
You may require a course of antibiotics depending upon the reports under supervision of your doctor Maintain good hygiene Have plenty of fluids
Hope this answers your question please don't hesitate to ask for more clarification I will gladly answer you wish you good health
