Symptoms: nausea, light headed dizzy fainting, hot flashes, clammy skin, numbnes in hands or feet, frequent urination, digestion/constipation issues, chronic fatigue, irritable, blurred vishion, hard time focusing in a conversation/delayed thaught process

With just the symptoms we can only assume or suspect at this point and some of the things that come to my mind are dehydration, diabetes to be ruled out, stool and urine sample, hemoglobin, etc; all to be checked and diagnosis to be established.
