Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Urination, Constipation, Stiffness And Pain In Feet?
I am 46 and have a thyroid hypoechoic nodule with central calcification measuring 0.5x0.5x0.4 with normal TSH. I have an inflammatory disease with no defined diagnose yet. I did have a blood result of neg. RA factor-T3 3.11 within normal range-negative ANA and c reactive-low blood count not significantly low-not -high globulin 3.70-normal send rate-ACCP 27.4 positive. My symptoms have been:freq. urination, constipation, stiffness & pain in feet, neck, knees, back, elbow and shoulders, fatigued all the time, depression-cry easily
Undiagnosed inflammatory disease seems far stretched since your blood parameters are normal. Check ESR, ALP level and a full blood panel. A good diet and exercise can take you miles. Procalcitonin marker should also be done. Before the tests, try multivitamin tablet once a day, calcium tablet once a day and exercise and diet modification for one month.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jeevan Jayakumar, General & Family Physician
