What Causes Frequent Urination, Headache, Diarrhea And Vomiting In A Child?

Hi, my grandson who is 7 has been having headaches which trace his skull frequent urination, heavy feet, tired arms, diarrhea with some vomiting, nausea and his appetite has increased. Something seems to be really wrong. I have to check him out of school everyday and he told me one day he felt like he was dying but the family Dr. has found nothing so for. Waiting on bloodwork. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, here the chances of viral infection is very likely and if this is so then be patience it may take at least 4 to 5 days for cure may be more some time, hydration need to be taken care hope this information helps.
