What Causes Frequent Urination & Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

Hi i have been urinating alot like once or twice every 30minutes but it doesnt burn hurt or tingle its just normal...i been having heartburn like everynight and alot of bumps around my aerola and also my period came last week but it was light pink for 2days i barely even needed a pad and than it stopped and it started back on like day 4 a little heavier but than stopped the next day can u tell me whats going on with my body
