What Causes Frequent Urination, High BP And Visible Vein In Genital Area?

Hello, My 21 year old son has been having issues with frequently having to urinate. He went in to see a doctor today who did not take a urine test; but several vials of blood. He said that she said his blood pressure was high and that he had a vein or something in genital area...she ordered an ultrasounds of testicles. He is in the military and in another state-and did not ask a lot of questions... so, mom is concerned. Any ideas? He is not overweight and is in good health. Thank you.

As you mentioned that your son is in military and just 21 years old , frequent urination , Vein in genital area, high blood pressure ( you didn't mention the reading so very difficult to say something )
Such type of symptoms may be due to anxiety or tension ( urgency of urine ).
Most probable cause of vein in my opinion is varicose vein( usually very common in youngster ).
So don't blame military , that is their habit to find out exact type of disease.
In my opinion your son is having anxiety ( stress or tension ) with varicose vein.
However get in urine examination for pus cells and sugar .
So trust military doctor or you can consult a physician and get his opinion because your son is also having high blood pressure , that is cause of concern.
