What Causes Frequent Urination, High BP, Low Energy And Reduced Appetite?

I am voiding 2 ltrs of urine nightly over the last few weeks. I m extremely thirsty. My BP has never been this high (160/110). I checked my blood glucose (128) I have very little appetite. Low energy. Up until these symptoms I was working out 3-4 days a week. I m a vegatarian and not overweight.

Hello,

All these symptoms can be due to new onset of diabetes (if Blood sugar was taken at empty stomach) or urine infection . Kindly get a urinalysis, CBC and HbA1c done and consult with reports.
