Hello and welcome to HCM, Osteoporosis is not associated with frequent urination or burning sensation of legs and feet. Burning sensation in legs and feet can be due to deficiency of vitamin B 12. I suggest you to get the levels of vitamin B 12. In case there is any deficiency of vitamin B 12, supplements of vitamin B 12 will have to be taken. Frequent urination is seen in urinary tract infection (UTI). In UTI, burning sensation is also experienced with frequent urination. Thus, I suggest you to get a urine routine test to look for any evidence of infection. In case there is evidence of infection, a urine culture should be done. Urine culture is an investigation which will detect the infectious organism and thus its treatment can be prescribed.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
